About The Program
Joining The Recovery Program will take you on a transformative journey. You will gain understanding about what is happening in your body and reconnect with your deepest self. We'll address the unique challenges faced in Long Covid, ME/CFS (and similar conditions). We'll discover solutions unique to your situation to help you heal and recover so you can live your life again without feeling so limited and having to calculate everything. My comprehensive approach combines researched methods, personalised guidance, lived experience and simple practical tools to help you find your way back home. It is based om my training in somatics, nervous system & trauma healing, and combines all the key elements that helped me (& my clients) get well again. Each module will help you heal both the physical symptoms and the inner wounds (or potential trauma) without getting overwhelmed or having to "dig" into the story! You will get to know and understand yourself deeply and be equipped to rewire unhelpful patterns, while restoring a sense of safety, trust and self-confidence in your body and your ability to live your life again.

Hello, I'm Riané, maker of The Recovery Program. As a Somatic Practitioner and my own journey of recovering from Long Covid, ME/CFS, POTS and Fibromyalgia, I understand the challenges faced in these conditions and know how hard it is to try and find your way especially with so much information and different advices. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to support your body to heal and restore balance in a way that actually works for you. Not through control, fixing or a rigid protocol but through forming a mind & body partnership, so both can work together as a team to help you heal. This program is my heart-and-soul's work and was carefully designed based on months of research, learning, personal lived experience and client feedback. 1. How much time will this program take per week? The course content to watch/listen to is about 1 hour in total per week, and you can expect to spend about 15-30 minutes per day to practice and integrate what you learn 2. What are your credentials and experience - what is this program based on? I am a certified Somatic Practitioner with The Embody Lab and as a Mind Body Coach I've been helping clients using the exact methods I teach in this program for over 2 years now with a success rate of 9/10. My approach and the techniques I teach are trauma informed and the course was carefully designed drawing from my training in Mindfulness, Nervous System and Trauma Healing, Somatic Stress Release™, Somatic Integrative Parts Work, Emotional Wellbeing & Resilience Training and of course my own recovery journey and lived experience after doing multiple programs (like Gupta & CFS School) to find and develop my own way that actually worked for me & that is exactly what I will help you do. You will receive all the ingredients and key elements and together we will tailor an approach that works for you & your body. This program is not medical treatment or advice, it is informational, educational and for self development purposes. 3. Is there a set time-schedule to complete the program? There are 10 modules and a new module is released every week, but you can follow the course in your own pace. I recommend aiming to do one module per week (or every two weeks) for a good rhythm and to build momentum. 4. How long do I have access to the course? You will have access to the program for 3 years (with the option to extend, but by then you will probably be busy living your life again...) 5. How do I know if this is the right fit for me? Whether you are completely new to Mind-Body Healing or whether you know everything there is to know, this program can help you to restore balance and heal your symptoms, it can be that missing piece of your puzzle. 6.
